Regular services are listed below. All will find a warm welcome!
Sunday:
8.00am Holy Communion
10.30am Morning Worship or Holy Communion (with creche and including teaching for adults in the Church, and young people in the Church Hall, then all-age worship; followed by coffee, tea and biscuits)
6.30pm (2nd Sunday of the Month); Service of Wholeness and Healing
Monday to Thursday:
8.15am, Morning Prayer; Children's Chapel
10.00am, Wednesday; Holy Communion
Church Activities
A wide range of activities are run by the church. Please feel free to contact us about any of these activities, or for any other information about the church. Activities include:
ALPHA courses (please see the ALPHA page or the main ALPHA organisation website for more details);
Other courses introducing the Christian faith, including Simply Christianity;
Regular house groups and bible study, usually midweek evenings, but also including a daytime study group on Fridays;
"Take 5" Cafe, open every Wednesday, 10am-2pm in the Church Hall (behind the medical centre); serves home-made cakes, drinks and hot or cold lunches;
Youth on Friday - Every two weeks, 7pm to 9pm in the Church Hall - a youth club for children and young people with table tennis, pool, snooker, indoor hockey, football, arts and crafts, special events;
Youth Fellowship - alternate Friday evenings. An opportunity for young people to learn more about the Christian life and faith in an informal setting. Secondary school age;
Toddler Group - anyone caring for babies and children of up to 3 years of age welcome, held in the Church Hall on Tuesday mornings, 10-11.30am;
Prayer meetings (1.30pm on Mondays, 9am on Saturdays);
Mothers' Union, first Tuesday of the month, 2pm in the Church Hall;
Wives Group, part of the Mother's Union, with a varied programme of speakers and outings, fourth Wednesday of the month at 8pm in the Churcn Hall;
Craft Group, meeting in the Church Hall on Thursdays from 2-4pm;
A wide range of other regular events and other services utilise the Church Hall but are not run by the Church - please contact us for details.
